Problem: It is challenging to provide University adult learners and corporate clients with the myriad tools and templates required for continuous improvement programs. The technology toolkit provides a roadmap of practical resources necessary to complete various real-world Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.

Purpose: The website offers resources for learners to access, learn about, and download the tools required to successfully complete projects. Not only will these resources be available for immediate use by students as they begin CI courses and projects, but as they confront future projects, they will also have access to alternative resources more aligned with the different approaches to those projects. The website will allow students to select the type of CI methodology they plan to use for their project and offer a roadmap of resources that most effectively align with the project's needs.

Audience: University adult learners and corporate clients should expect to have a very clear outline of the resources needed for a project, as often this can be challenging for learners who address new CI scenarios. Learners can download these resources and share them with colleagues and  stakeholders for extended use.
